1. Overview
Fenki is a compatibility-first social discovery service designed to help adults discover potentially compatible people for romance, friendship, creative collaboration, study and professional relationships. This policy describes the categories of information the service may process and the principles used to separate public, private and derived information.
2. Information we process
Account information may include an email address, authentication records and session information. Profile information may include a display name, age, broad location, introduction and connection intentions. Private compatibility inputs may include birth information, cultural selections, values answers, preferences and other material you choose to add.
3. Compatibility data
Fenki may derive compatibility signals from the information you provide. Derived data can include layer states, labels, similarity measures, reason keys, profile-completeness signals and internal provenance. Raw astrology facts, embeddings, model metadata, internal weights and exact private selections are not intended to be exposed to other users.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to authenticate accounts, operate onboarding, select a limited candidate set, calculate or retrieve compatibility layers, enable mutual connections and messaging, enforce blocks and reports, protect the service, and improve reliability. Fenki should not fabricate unavailable compatibility signals.
6. Service providers and enrichment
Infrastructure providers may process information only as needed to operate the service. Where external model or embedding processing is used, Fenki is designed around approved batch workflows using minimal data and opaque identifiers rather than sending private profiles to a model during a user-facing request.
7. Your controls
You may be able to edit your profile, change discovery intentions, hide from discovery, block another user, report safety issues, revoke sessions, and request deletion of your account. A block should remove discovery, compatibility, connection and conversation access in both directions.
8. Retention and deletion
Account deletion is intended to remove private compatibility inputs and active relationship data while allowing limited retention or pseudonymization of information that is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or moderation integrity. Exact retention periods depend on the production policy and applicable law.
9. Security
Fenki uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and compatibility information, including server-side authorization, restricted DTOs and separation of authentication data from public profile data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Adults only
Fenki is intended for people aged 18 or older. An age attestation is not the same as government-identity verification. The service should not describe it as stronger assurance than it is.
11. Contact and changes
The production service should publish the legal operator identity and a working privacy contact before launch. Material changes to this policy should be dated and communicated through the service where required.
