1. Agreement to these terms
By creating or using a Fenki account you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The production version should identify the legal operator and governing jurisdiction before launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. What Fenki provides
Fenki provides social discovery tools and compatibility context for multiple types of connection, including romance, friendship, study, creative and professional collaboration. Compatibility outputs are informational signals, not guarantees, diagnoses, scientific predictions, hiring recommendations, investment advice or assurances that another person is safe or suitable.
4. Your conduct
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, discriminate unlawfully, spam, scrape, reverse engineer access controls, publish another person’s private information, or use Fenki to facilitate illegal or harmful activity. Respect blocks and boundaries.
5. Professional connections
A professional or co-founder compatibility signal does not verify qualifications, identity, solvency, employment history, legal status or business suitability. Perform your own due diligence before hiring, investing, signing contracts or sharing confidential information.
6. Astrology and compatibility
Astrology is one optional compatibility layer. Where birth information is incomplete, time-sensitive factors may be omitted. Astrological and other compatibility layers should be understood as interpretive product features, not factual predictions about future events or outcomes.
7. Interest, connections and messages
A one-way expression of interest is intended to remain private until reciprocal interest creates a connection. Messaging is available to connected users and may be restricted after a block, safety action, suspension or deletion.
8. Your content
You retain responsibility for text and other material you submit. You grant the service the limited rights needed to host, process and display your content to operate the features you request. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
9. Safety actions
Fenki may restrict discovery, messaging or account access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, respond to reports, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Reports and moderation records may be kept confidential from the reported user.
10. Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Candidate availability, compatibility layers and enrichment states may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Fenki does not promise uninterrupted service.
11. Responsibility for real-world interactions
You decide whether and how to interact with another person. Use appropriate judgment for meetings, professional arrangements and sharing personal or confidential information. The production terms should contain jurisdiction-appropriate warranty disclaimers and liability limits reviewed by qualified counsel.
12. Ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Fenki may suspend or terminate access for material violations, safety reasons, legal obligations or abuse of the service.
13. Changes to this agreement
Material updates should include a new effective date and, where legally required, notice or renewed consent. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
